If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Örebro, Närke. Take the E18 road southbound towards Strängnäs. After approximately 45 kilometers, take the exit towards Tystberga (Road 55). Continue following the signs for Tystberga. Once in Tystberga, follow the signs for Stendörren nature reserve. The entrance is located at ASPNÄSET, where you will find parking available. Please note that there may be a small parking fee, so have some Swedish Krona ready.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, start by taking a train from Örebro to Nyköping. This journey takes approximately 50 minutes. From Nyköping station, you can catch a local bus (Bus number 570) heading towards Tystberga. Get off at the Tystberga stop. From there, it is about a 20-minute walk to the entrance of Stendörren nature reserve at ASPNÄSET. Be sure to check the bus schedules in advance, as they may vary.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Örebro and follow a scenic route south towards Tystberga. The ride will take around 2 hours, covering approximately 30 kilometers.
