Start at Örebro Central Station. Exit the station and head southwest towards Storgatan. Continue straight onto Drottninggatan, which will take you through the city center. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will reach the intersection with Södra Strandgatan. Turn right onto Södra Strandgatan and continue until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the exit onto Reträttvägen. Follow Reträttvägen for about 1 kilometer until you reach Reträtten naturreservat, which will be on your left. Look for the entrance marked with signs for the nature reserve.

Bicycle
Begin at Örebro Central Station and rent a bicycle from a nearby bike rental service. Exit the station and head southwest onto Storgatan, then continue straight until you reach Drottninggatan. Turn left onto Drottninggatan, then right onto Södra Strandgatan. Follow Södra Strandgatan until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Reträttvägen. Cycle along Reträttvägen for approximately 1 kilometer. Reträtten naturreservat will be on your left side. There are bike racks available near the entrance.

From Örebro Central Station, take bus number 3 towards Olaus Petri. Get off at the 'Sörbyängen' stop. From there, walk along Sörbyvägen until you reach the intersection with Reträttvägen.
