If you're driving from central Södermanland, take E4 towards Nyköping. Follow the E4 for about 30 kilometers until you reach the junction for Route 55 towards Söderköping. Continue on Route 55 for approximately 15 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to Ängsö, which is located off Route 55. There is a parking area near the entrance to the nature preserve. To reach Ängsö via public transport, start by taking a train from Södertälje or Nyköping to the nearest station, which is Nyköping. From Nyköping, transfer to bus Route 575 towards Tystberga.
