If you're driving from central Södermanland, take E4 towards Nyköping. Follow the E4 for about 30 kilometers until you reach the junction for Route 55 towards Söderköping. Continue on Route 55 for approximately 15 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to Ängsö, which is located off Route 55. There is a parking area near the entrance to the nature preserve. Please note that parking fees may apply.

Public Transportation
To reach Ängsö via public transport, start by taking a train from Södertälje or Nyköping to the nearest station, which is Nyköping. From Nyköping, transfer to bus Route 575 towards Tystberga. Disembark at the stop for Ängsö. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Ängsö, you can walk to the nature preserve entrance. Please check the bus schedules in advance as they may vary. A ticket for the bus will cost approximately 30 SEK.
