Car
If you are driving from Stockholm, take the E4 highway southbound. After approximately 70 km, take exit 144 towards Trosa. Follow the signs for Trosa, and after about 10 km, you will arrive in the town center. The Heritage Trail starts at Torget, 619 30 Trosa. There are parking options available near the town square.
Public Transportation
From Stockholm Central Station, take a regional train towards Nyköping. Get off at the Trosa station, which takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes. From the train station, you can either take a local bus (lines 570 or 571) towards Trosa center or walk approximately 1.5 km to reach Torget, where The Heritage Trail begins. The bus fare is around 40 SEK.
Walking
If you are already in Trosa, you can easily walk to the Heritage Trail. From the center of Trosa, head towards Torget, which is the main square. The trail starts near the square, and you can follow the signage for The Heritage Trail to enjoy a scenic walk through the area.
