If you are starting from central Stockholm, head to T-Centralen, which is the main subway station. You can take the Tunnelbana (subway) Line 1 (Blue Line) towards Kungsträdgården. Once you arrive at Kungsträdgården station, exit the station and follow the signs to the exit. After exiting, walk towards the waterfront and take a left onto Nybroplan. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Strandvägen. Turn right onto Strandvägen and walk along the waterfront. After a short walk, take a left onto Karl XI's street (Karl XI-gatan). Follow this street until you reach the end, where you will find yourself at Köpmangatan. Turn right and then take another right onto Köpmanbrinken. The Art Gallery will be on your left side at Köpmanbrinken 2.

Walk straight towards Källargränd and continue until you reach the waterfront. Turn left and walk along the water until you get to the bridge, which will lead you to Norrmalm. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto Skeppsbron. After a short distance, turn left onto Slottsbacken and then walk up until you reach the castle.
