From the center of Södermalm, head southeast towards Skanstull. Walk along Södermalmsallén until you reach the Skanstull metro station. From Skanstull, you can take Metro Line 1 towards Fruängen and get off at the next stop, which is Medborgarplatsen. Exit the station and walk east towards the waterfront, following signs for Hammarby Sjöstad. Continue walking along the waterfront path, which will lead you to Hammarbyhamnen.

From any location in Södermalm, find the nearest metro station. Take Metro Line 2 (the blue line) towards Kungsträdgården and change at T-Centralen to Line 1 (the green line) towards Fruängen.
