If you are driving from Uppsala, take the E4 highway northbound towards Gävle. After approximately 50 km, take exit 123 towards Tierp. Continue on Road 76 for about 15 km until you reach Tierp. In Tierp, follow the signs for C and then take a left onto a smaller road leading to Båtfors. The destination is approximately 5 km from the center of Tierp. Parking is generally available near the site.

From Uppsala, take an SJ train towards Gävle and get off at Tierp station. The train ride is approximately 40 minutes. Once at Tierp station, you can take a local bus (check the bus schedule for routes heading towards Båtfors) or consider using a taxi for the 5 km ride to Båtfors.
