Walking
From Uppsala city center, head north on Dragarbrunnsgatan towards Stora Torget. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Bäverns gränd. Turn left onto Bäverns gränd, which becomes Österängsgatan. Follow this road until you reach the Östra Ågatan. Cross the road and continue straight onto Disavägen. The Old Uppsala Museum will be on your left at Disavägen 15.
Bus
From Uppsala Central Station, take bus number 3 towards 'Gamla Uppsala'. The bus departs from the bus terminal right outside the station. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes, and get off at the 'Gamla Uppsala' stop. From there, walk approximately 5 minutes north along Disavägen, and you will find the Old Uppsala Museum at Disavägen 15.
Bicycle
If you have rented a bicycle, start at Uppsala Central Station. Ride north on Kungsgatan until you reach the roundabout at Vaksala torg. From there, continue onto Vaksalagatan, which will lead you towards Gamla Uppsala. Follow the signs for 'Gamla Uppsala' and ride until you reach Disavägen. The museum will be on your right at Disavägen 15.
