    If you are driving from central Västergötland, take the E20 highway towards Gothenburg. Follow signs for E6 towards Oslo. Take exit 57 towards Göteborg/Säve. Continue on Route 45 and then merge onto Karl Johansgatan. The Maritime Museum & Aquarium will be on your left at Karl Johansgatan 1-3, 414 59 Göteborg. There is parking available nearby, but please be aware that parking fees may apply.

    Take a train from any station in Västergötland to Gothenburg Central Station (Göteborg C). Trains are frequent and the journey typically takes around 1 to 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at Gothenburg Central Station, exit the station and walk towards the tram station located right outside. Take tram line 3 or 9 towards 'Sävenäs' or 'Lindholmen' and get off at the 'Järntorget' stop. From there, it’s a 10-minute walk to Karl Johansgatan 1-3, where the Maritime Museum & Aquarium is located.
