Car
Start your journey in Västergötland by getting onto the E6 highway towards Lysekil. Continue on the E6 for approximately 90 kilometers until you reach exit 62 for Lysekil. Once you exit, follow signs for Lysekil, and merge onto Road 162. After about 10 kilometers, turn onto Vikenvägen, and you will find Stångehuvuds nature reserve at the end of the road. There is free parking available near the entrance to the reserve.
Public Transportation
From your location in Västergötland, take a bus to Lysekil. You can check the local bus schedules on Västtrafik's website. Once in Lysekil, you can either take a local bus that goes to Vikenvägen or you can walk to Stångehuvuds nature reserve, which is roughly a 30-minute walk from the bus station. Be sure to check the bus schedules in advance as they may vary, and there may be a small fare for the bus ride.
