Train
From Arosa, walk to the Arosa train station, which is located near the center of town. Board the train heading towards Chur. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Chur, transfer to the regional train towards Poschiavo. The train ride to Poschiavo will take around 2 hours. After arriving in Poschiavo, exit the train station and follow the signs towards the Bernina Pass, which is about a 15-minute walk from the station.
Bus
From Arosa, walk to the Arosa bus station. Board the bus heading to Chur. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes. Once in Chur, transfer to a bus that goes to Poschiavo. This journey will take approximately 2 hours. After you arrive at the Poschiavo bus station, you can walk towards the Bernina Pass, which is about a 15-minute walk away.

Continue along the trails until you reach the valley leading to Poschiavo.
