    From the center of Ascona, head towards the lakefront promenade (Lungolago). Walk along the promenade heading in the direction of the ferry terminal. Once you reach the terminal, purchase a ticket for the ferry to Orta San Giulio. The ferry ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Orta San Giulio ferry dock, you will be directly at the entrance of the town. From the dock, you can easily navigate on foot through the charming streets to explore Orta San Giulio.
