Walking
From the center of Ascona, head towards the lakeside promenade (Lungolago). Walk along the promenade until you reach the ferry terminal. From there, take the ferry to Orta San Giulio. Once you arrive at Orta San Giulio, exit the ferry and walk straight up Via Caire Albertoletti. The Church of Saint Mary of the Assumption will be on your left after a short walk.

From Ascona, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Via San Giovanni. Take the bus line to Orta San Giulio. After getting off at the Orta San Giulio bus stop, follow the main road (Via Caire Albertoletti) until you reach the Church of Saint Mary of the Assumption, which will be on your left.
