Walking
If you're starting from the center of Ascona, head north on Piazza G. Motta towards Via Borgo. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via della Storia. Turn left onto Via della Storia, which will lead you towards the beautiful lakeside promenade. Follow the promenade along Lake Maggiore until you reach the end of the waterfront area. At this point, you will see a sign directing you towards Strada Collina. Turn right onto Strada Collina and continue walking uphill. The Fondazione Monte Verità will be on your left at Str. Collina 84, approximately a 25-minute walk from the center. Keep an eye out for the large white building and the surrounding gardens.

From the Ascona bus station, take bus number 2 towards 'Brissago'. Get off at the 'Monte Verità' stop, which is directly in front of the Fondazione Monte Verità. The bus ride takes about 10 minutes. Once you arrive, you will see the entrance to the Fondazione Monte Verità right across the street.
