If you're in the center of Grossbasel, start by heading towards the Marktplatz, which is a central square. From the Marktplatz, walk towards the Heiliggeistkirche (Holy Spirit Church), located at Spalenberg 1. Continue straight until you reach Spalenstraße. Turn left onto Spalenstraße and keep walking for about 10 minutes. You will pass a couple of cafes and shops. Spalentor will be on your left side just before you reach the intersection with Spalenvorstadt.
