    If you are starting from Basel SBB (the main train station), take tram line 10 or 8 towards "Basel, Bahnhof SBB". Get off at the stop "Kunstmuseum". From there, walk west on St. Alban-Vorstadt. As you walk, you will see the beautiful architecture of the Kunstmuseum. Continue straight until you reach St. Alban City Gate located at St. Alban-Vorstadt 101.

    If you are near the Rhine River, walk along the riverbank towards the city center. As you reach the Tinguely Fountain, head towards the Kunstmuseum and continue along St. Alban-Vorstadt.
