    If you are driving to Bachalpsee from Lucerne, take the A2 motorway towards Gotthard Pass. After about 20 km, take the exit towards A8 for Interlaken. Continue on A8 for about 50 km, following signs to Grindelwald. Once you reach Grindelwald, follow the signs to the First cable car station. Park your car in the designated area near the cable car station. From there, take the First cable car up to the First station.

    To reach Bachalpsee by public transport, start at Lucerne railway station. Take a train to Interlaken Ost (approximately 2 hours). From Interlaken Ost, transfer to the train heading to Grindelwald (approximately 30 minutes). Once you arrive in Grindelwald, walk to the First cable car station, which is about a 15-minute walk from the train station. Take the First cable car up to the First station. After reaching First, follow the well-marked hiking trail to Bachalpsee, which takes about 30-40 minutes.
