Getting There

• Train

  From Geneva's main train station (Gare Cornavin), take a direct train to Annecy. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and trains run frequently. Once you arrive at Annecy train station, exit the station and head straight on Avenue du Parmelan. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the picturesque Lake Annecy. Continue along the lakeside promenade until you reach Pont des Amours, which is located at the end of the promenade.

• Bus

  From Geneva, go to the bus station at Gare Routière (Bus Station) located next to the main train station. Take the bus line that goes to Annecy; the ride will take about 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at the Annecy bus station, exit and walk straight on Rue de la Gare until you reach the lake. From there, follow the lakeside path to the Pont des Amours, which is a short walk away.

• Bicycle

  If you're feeling adventurous, rent a bicycle in Geneva and ride towards Annecy. Follow the signs to the Route de Ferney, which leads you towards the French border. After crossing the border, continue on the D1508 road towards Annecy. The distance is approximately 40 kilometers and may take around 2-3 hours depending on your cycling speed. Once you reach Annecy, follow signs to the lake and you will find Pont des Amours along the waterfront.
