If you are at the Grindelwald train station, exit the station and head southwest on Bahnhofstrasse. Continue straight until you reach the main road (Dorfstrasse). Turn left onto Dorfstrasse and walk for about 10 minutes. You will find 'Grindelwald Tourismus' located at Dorfstrasse 110 on your right.
