From Interlaken Ost station, take a train towards Lucerne. The journey will take approximately 45 minutes. You will need to change trains at Meiringen station. Get off at the Meiringen station.

At Meiringen station, exit the train station and look for the bus stop for PostBus services. Take the PostBus towards Sörenberg, which is the bus number 21. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Sörenberg, Schönenboden' stop.

Once you disembark from the bus at 'Sörenberg, Schönenboden', you will see signs pointing towards the Luftseilbahn Sörenberg-Brienzer Rothorn. It is a short walk of about 5-10 minutes to the cable car station from the bus stop.
