Train
From Grindelwald, walk to the Grindelwald Bahnhof (train station), which is located in the center of Grindelwald. Catch a train towards Interlaken Ost. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Interlaken Ost, transfer to a train towards Brienz. This leg of the journey will take around 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Brienz Bahnhof, exit the train station.

After exiting Brienz Bahnhof, turn left and walk along the main road (Hauptstrasse) towards the lake. Continue straight for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the lakeside area. Strandbad Brienz will be located to your right by the lake, with clear signs directing you to the beach area.

Instead of walking from Brienz Bahnhof, you can also take a local bus. After exiting the train station, look for the bus stop near the station. Take the bus that goes to 'Strandbad Brienz'. The bus ride will take approximately 5 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule for timings.
