From the Old Town area, make your way to the Cathedral of Notre-Dame. Head down the steps next to the cathedral to Rue de la Cathédrale. Continue straight until you reach Rue du Petit-Chêne. Turn left onto Rue du Petit-Chêne and walk until you reach the intersection with Avenue du Chablais. Cross the street and continue walking straight on Avenue du Chablais until you reach the entrance of the Lausanne Botanical Garden at Av. de Cour 14B.

If you prefer to take public transport, you can walk to the nearest metro station, which is 'Ours' on Line M2. From Old Town, walk to the station and board the train towards 'Vidy'.
