    If you are in Vidy, start at the Lausanne-Ouchy metro station, which is a central point for many visitors. From there, head towards the lakeside promenade, walking south along Avenue de Rhodanie. Continue straight until you reach the waterfront. Once you are at the water's edge, turn right and follow the promenade along Lake Geneva. You will enjoy beautiful views as you walk. Keep walking for about 10-15 minutes until you arrive at Pl. du Port. Vierge du Lac is located at Pl. du Port, 1000 Lausanne, right next to the lake.     From Vidy, you can take the Metro Line M2 from the Ouchy station. Travel towards 'Croisettes' and get off at the 'Lausanne Gare' station. Then, transfer to Tram Line 1 towards 'La Sallaz' and get off at 'Ouchy' station. After exiting the tram, walk towards the lake and follow the promenade.
