Getting There

Public Transport - Train
Start at Lugano train station. Purchase a ticket for the train to Como. The train departs frequently, so check the schedule for the next available train. Once on the train, enjoy the scenic ride, which takes approximately 30 minutes. After arriving at Como, exit the train station and head to the ferry terminal, which is a short walk (about 10 minutes). Take a ferry towards Moltrasio. The ferry ride will take around 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Moltrasio, disembark and walk along Via Regina. Follow the road signs for Villa Fontanelle. It will be a short walk of about 10 minutes.

From the center of Lugano, walk to the bus stop 'Piazza Riforma'. Take bus line 2 towards 'Breganzona'. After about 15 minutes, get off at the 'Moltrasio' stop. From the bus stop, walk to Via Regina. Follow this road for about 10-15 minutes until you reach Villa Fontanelle.
