Getting There

  • Walking

    Start from the central square of Ascona, Piazza Giuseppe Motta. Head towards the lakeside promenade, known as Lungolago. Walk along the promenade with the lake on your left. Enjoy the beautiful views as you make your way to the end of the promenade. Once you reach the end, turn right onto Via Albarella and continue straight until you reach the junction with Via Cantine. Turn left onto Via Cantine and follow it until you see the sign for the ferry terminal. From here, you can take a ferry across Lake Maggiore to Blevio. After disembarking, follow the signs towards Via Enrico Caronti, which is about a 15-minute walk uphill from the ferry terminal. Keep an eye out for local signage to guide you.

    From Ascona's main bus stop, take bus line 1 towards Locarno. Get off at the stop for 'Cadenazzo'. Transfer to bus line 9 towards Blevio.
