Train

From Locarno railway station, take the direct train to Lugano. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Lugano station, exit the station and follow the signs to the main square, Piazza della Riforma. From there, you can explore the city center.

Bus

At Locarno bus station, board the bus heading to Lugano. The bus ride takes about 40 minutes. Get off at the Lugano city center stop. Once you disembark, you’ll find yourself near the beautiful lakeside promenade where you can start your exploration of Lugano.

Ferry
