Car
From Uri, take the A2 motorway in the direction of Gotthard. Continue on A2 for about 30 km until you reach the exit for Andermatt. Follow the signs towards Andermatt and then take the road to the Oberalp Pass. After crossing the pass, follow the signs towards Disentis/Mustér. Once you reach Disentis, take the road towards Glaris and continue until you reach Casti-Wergenstein. The Beverin Naturpark will be located there. Be prepared for possible tolls on the motorway.
Public Transportation
From Uri, take a train from the local station to Disentis/Mustér. You may need to change trains in Andermatt or another nearby town. Once you arrive in Disentis, look for local buses that connect to Casti-Wergenstein. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Note that bus schedules may vary, so check the local timetable in advance to ensure you catch the right connection.
Bicycle
For the adventurous, consider biking from Uri to Beverin Naturpark. Start by cycling towards Andermatt, following the A2 route. From Andermatt, take the Oberalp Pass road, which is popular among cyclists. The journey involves significant elevation, so be prepared for a challenging ride. Once you descend toward Disentis, continue on the road to Casti-Wergenstein. Remember to wear a helmet and check your bike before setting off.
