From the center of Uri, head northeast on the A2 highway towards Lucerne. Continue on the A2 for approximately 40 kilometers. Take exit 34-Werthenstein and merge onto Oberdorfstrasse. Follow Oberdorfstrasse for about 1 kilometer, and Kloster Werthenstein will be on your left at Oberdorfstrasse 11, 6106 Werthenstein. Parking is available nearby.

Start at Uri train station and take the SBB train towards Lucerne (Zug). This journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the Werthenstein station. From the station, it is a 15-minute walk to Kloster Werthenstein. Head southwest on Stationstrasse, then turn right onto Oberdorfstrasse. Continue on Oberdorfstrasse for about 1 kilometer, and you will find Kloster Werthenstein at Oberdorfstrasse 11, 6106 Werthenstein.
