To reach the Tellskapelle via public transportation, take the train from Uri to the Sisikon station. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Sisikon, exit the station and walk towards Axenstrasse. The chapel is approximately a 12-15 minute walk from the station. Follow Axenstrasse in the direction of the lake, and you will see the chapel on your right.
