    Walking

    From the center of Zermatt, head towards Bahnhofstrasse, which is the main street. Continue straight on Bahnhofstrasse until you reach the train station (Bahnhof Zermatt). When you arrive at the station, Bahnhofpl. 5 is directly opposite the main entrance. Look for the large building with the Zermatt Tourismus sign.

    Public Transport

    If you are further away, you can take the local bus. Look for the bus stops marked with a 'PostAuto' sign. Get on any bus that goes towards the Zermatt train station. Disembark at the 'Bahnhof Zermatt' stop; from there, it's a short walk to Bahnhofpl. 5, directly across from the station.

    You can also take a taxi if you're at a different location in Zermatt. Taxis can be hailed from various points around the town. Simply ask the driver to take you to Bahnhofpl. 5, Zermatt Tourismus, located across from the train station.
