If you are driving from Shirkent National Park, head southeast towards the main road leading to Roghun. After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive at the junction where you can see signs directing you to Roghun Dam. Follow the road for about 15 kilometers until you reach the entrance to the Roghun area. Park your car in the designated areas and follow the signs towards Pamyatnik Ismoili Somoni, which is located near the dam.

Public Transportation
To reach Roghun via public transportation, take a shared taxi from the main square in Shirkent National Park towards Roghun. The fare is approximately 10-15 TJS per person. The journey takes about 1 hour. After you reach the Roghun area, you may need to walk for about 20 minutes to reach Pamyatnik Ismoili Somoni. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the closest point to the monument.

If you are already in the vicinity of Roghun and prefer to walk, head towards the Roghun Dam. From the dam, walk for about 15 minutes following the marked trails towards Pamyatnik Ismoili Somoni. Ensure you have good walking shoes and stay hydrated during your walk.
