If you are driving, head towards Engira Street in Arusha. From the city center, follow the signs towards the Arusha Airport and take the B1 road. Continue straight until you see the Chemicotex area on your left. Miracle Experience Balloon Safaris is located at Plot #45, near Chemicotex. Look for the signs indicating the location as you approach.

To reach Miracle Experience Balloon Safaris using public transport, take a matatu (shared minibus) from the city center towards the Arusha Airport. Inform the driver that you are heading to Chemicotex. Once you reach the Chemicotex area, get off and walk towards Engira Street. The office is located at Plot #45, near Chemicotex. The fare for the matatu is usually around 1,000 to 2,000 TZS.
