Start at the central bus station in Iringa, located on Sokoine Street. From the bus station, head east on Sokoine Street until you reach the intersection with Morogoro Road. Turn right onto Morogoro Road and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. You will pass several shops and local eateries. After about 15 minutes of walking, you will reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Kihesa Road and walk for another 500 meters. Look for signs directing you to Nyang'oro. Continue straight until you reach the entrance to Iringa Rural, which is marked by local signage.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Iringa. Begin your journey at the main market area on Sokoine Street. Cycle east on Sokoine Street for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Morogoro Road. Turn right onto Morogoro Road and cycle for about 1 kilometer. Once you reach the roundabout, take the first exit onto Kihesa Road. Continue cycling for about 500 meters until you see signs for Nyang'oro. Follow the signs to reach Iringa Rural. The entire trip should take about 30 minutes depending on your cycling speed.
