If you are driving, head towards the town of Same from Moshi or Arusha. From Same, take the road towards Mtae. Follow the signs for Mtae, which is about 30 kilometers away. The last stretch will be on an unnamed road (G6RR+26H) leading directly to Mtae Viewpoint. Ensure you have a reliable GPS or map as the roads can be tricky. Make sure your vehicle is suitable for rough terrain as parts of the road may be unpaved.
