If you are traveling by car, start from Moshi town. Head northwest on Uru Road (B1) towards Uru. After about 10 kilometers, turn left onto Materuni Road, which is well-marked. Continue on Materuni Road for about 5 kilometers until you reach the Materuni Waterfall parking area. Expect to pay a parking fee of approximately 2,000 TZS. From the parking area, it is a 30-minute walk to the waterfall.

Public Transportation (Daladala)
To reach Materuni Waterfall using public transport, start in Moshi town. Take a daladala (shared minibus) heading to Uru. Inform the conductor you want to get off at Materuni Road. The fare is usually around 1,000 TZS. Once you get off, follow Materuni Road for about 5 kilometers to the waterfall. Upon reaching the parking area, you will need to walk for about 30 minutes to access the waterfall.

Consider booking a guided tour from Moshi, which typically includes transportation to and from the waterfall, as well as a local guide.
