From Mwanza city center, head south on the main road towards the Mwanza Railway Station. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the road leading to the Mwanza Port. Take a left turn here and follow the road along the waterfront. After about 3 kilometers, you will see a sign for Mwanza Fish Farm on your right. Turn right and follow the dirt road until you reach the farm.

Take a daladala (local minibus) from the Mwanza city center heading towards Shadi. Make sure to tell the conductor that you are going to Mwanza Fish Farm. The ride should take about 30 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to the Shadi area, and from there, walk for about 10 minutes towards the direction indicated by locals, following the signs for Mwanza Fish Farm.
