Getting There

From the center of Zanzibar City, head towards the main road leading to the east coast. You can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops around Stone Town. Follow the road signs towards Paje, which is approximately 40 kilometers away. The ride will take you along the scenic coastline, passing through small villages and lush landscapes. Make sure to take breaks as needed, and keep following the signs for Paje until you reach your destination.

Head to the Dala Dala station in Zanzibar City, which is located near the Old Fort (Ngome Kongwe). Board a Dala Dala heading to Paje. The fare is very affordable.
