Walking
From the center of Tanga, head south on Sokoine Road towards the Tanga Railway Station. Continue walking straight until you reach the junction with Jamhuri Street. Turn right onto Jamhuri Street and walk for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the Tanga Bus Terminal. At the terminal, look for 'daladala' (shared minibus) heading to Amboni Caves. The fare should be around 1000-2000 TZS. Board the daladala and inform the conductor to drop you off at Amboni Caves.

Daladala
After arriving at the Tanga Bus Terminal, look for daladalas with signs indicating 'Amboni' or 'Amboni Caves'. These daladalas run frequently and will take you close to the caves. The ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you reach the stop for Amboni Caves, disembark and follow the signs or ask locals for directions to the entrance of the caves, which is about a 10-minute walk from the drop-off point.
