Walking
Start at the central market in Tanga, known as 'Soko la Tanga'. Exit the market and head east on the main road, Nyerere Road. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Mombasa Road. Turn left onto Mombasa Road and walk for approximately 700 meters. You will see a sign for the World War 1 Graves on your right. Continue walking for another 200 meters, and you will arrive at the graves, located at W4H4+9MF.

If you are near the Tanga Beach, start by heading north along the coast. Walk along the beach road until you reach the main road, Nyerere Road. Turn left onto Nyerere Road and continue walking for about 1.2 kilometers. When you reach the intersection with Mombasa Road, turn right. Walk for about 700 meters and look for the World War 1 Graves on your right side about 200 meters along the road.
