Walking
If you are in the center of Zanzibar City, start at the historic Forodhani Gardens. Head south on the main road, Mizingani Road, towards the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the Stone Town Road (also known as Nyerere Road). Continue straight until you reach the junction with the Jozani Road. Turn right onto Jozani Road and follow it for about 20 km. You will see signs for JORIEFA Park along the way. Once you arrive at Jozani, look for the entrance to the park, which is located at PCJG+4HR.

Walking
Alternatively, if you are near the Old Fort (Ngome Kongwe) in Stone Town, head east towards the waterfront and then walk down to Mizingani Road. Walk south along Mizingani Road until you reach the roundabout. From there, follow the previous directions along Jozani Road to JORIEFA Park.

Public Transport (Dalla Dalla)
From the center of Zanzibar City, head to the Dalla Dalla station near the Old Fort. Take a Dalla Dalla heading to Jozani. The journey will take about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. Ask the driver to drop you off at JORIEFA Park or the nearest stop, which is close to the park entrance at PCJG+4HR.
