You'll pass the Riverwalk on your left, and continue straight until you reach the AQ Pedestrian Plaza. The Chattanooga Visitors Information Center will be located at 1 W Aquarium Way, right at the plaza.

    You can take the Chattanooga Area Regional Transportation Authority (CARTA) bus. Look for the 'Free Downtown Shuttle' that runs frequently throughout the downtown area. Board the shuttle at any nearby stop and ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop at the Tennessee Aquarium. From there, walk west along Aquarium Way, and you'll find the Visitors Information Center in the AQ Pedestrian Plaza.
