From the Southside Historic District, head north on Market Street. Walk towards East 2nd Street. Once you reach the intersection of Market Street and East 2nd Street, turn left onto East 2nd Street. Continue walking for about 0.2 miles until you see the Bluff View Art District on your right at 411 E 2nd St, Chattanooga, TN 37403. The area features beautiful art galleries, a bakery, coffee shop, and stunning views of the Tennessee River.
