Walking
If you are in Gatlinburg, you can walk to the nearest shuttle stop at the Gatlinburg Welcome Center, located at 915 East Parkway. From there, catch the Pigeon Forge trolley heading towards Pigeon Forge. The trolley will take you along the Parkway. Get off at stop #7, which is closest to the Main Event Theater. From there, it's a short walk to 2828 Parkway #15. Just head north on the Parkway for about 0.2 miles and you will see the theater on your left.

Shuttle
Take the Gatlinburg Trolley from any stop in Gatlinburg. Make sure to board a trolley that is heading towards Pigeon Forge. You can catch the trolley at stop #1, which is located at the Gatlinburg Welcome Center. The ride will take approximately 25 minutes. Disembark at stop #7. Once you get off, walk about 0.2 miles north along the Parkway, and you will find the Main Event Theater on your left at 2828 Parkway #15.
