If you are driving from any location within Great Smoky Mountains National Park, head towards the Townsend area. From the park entrance near Gatlinburg, take US-441 N towards Pigeon Forge. Continue on US-441 N, then take the exit for TN-73 W (Lamar Alexander Pkwy). After about 10 miles, turn left onto TN-73 W, and this road will take you directly into Townsend. Once in Townsend, turn right onto Cromwell Dr. The Great Smoky Mountains Heritage Center will be on your right at 123 Cromwell Dr, Townsend, TN 37882.
