If you are traveling by car, start from the Sugarlands Visitor Center in Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Head southeast on US-441 S for about 6 miles until you reach the intersection with TN-73 E. Turn right onto TN-73 E and continue for approximately 5 miles. Then, turn left onto Forge Creek Rd. After about 1 mile on Forge Creek Rd, you will find the Henry Whitehead House on your right. There is no entry fee to access the house, but parking may vary depending on the time of year.
