If you are already within the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, start by heading to the Sugarlands Visitor Center located at 1420 Fighting Creek Gap Rd, Gatlinburg, TN 37738. From the visitor center, take Newfound Gap Road (US-441) south for approximately 5 miles. Turn right onto Old State Highway 73 Scenic. Continue on this road for another 3 miles, and you will see a small pull-off area for Mannis Branch Falls on your right. Park your vehicle here and prepare for a short hike to the falls.

While public transportation options within Great Smoky Mountains National Park are limited, you can take a shuttle service from Gatlinburg to the park. The Gatlinburg Trolley has routes that lead to the Sugarlands Visitor Center. After arriving at the visitor center, follow the same instructions as by car: take Newfound Gap Road (US-441) south for 5 miles, then turn right onto Old State Highway 73 Scenic. Walk for about 3 miles to reach the pull-off area for Mannis Branch Falls. Be prepared for a short walk from the drop-off point to the falls.
