Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes until you reach the stop at the intersection of Gay Street and Cumberland Avenue. From there, transfer to the KAT route 14 bus towards South Knoxville. It will take about 15 minutes to arrive at the stop closest to Fort Dickerson Quarry, which is near the intersection of Augusta Avenue and Wimpole Avenue. Once you get off the bus, walk south along Augusta Avenue for about 5 minutes until you reach 550 Augusta Ave, which is the address for Fort Dickerson Quarry.

    If you're starting from downtown Knoxville, rent a bike from one of the local bike-sharing services. Begin your ride on the Knoxville Greenway, heading south. Follow the greenway until you reach the intersection with the South Knoxville Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach the first traffic light. Turn right onto Wimpole Avenue.
