If you're driving in the Knoxville Metropolitan Area, you can reach Scottish Pike River Park by taking the US-441 S (Alcoa Highway). From downtown Knoxville, head south on S Gay St toward W Main St. Turn left onto W Main St, then continue onto US-441 S. After about 6 miles, take the exit toward TN-33 S. Continue on TN-33 S for about 3 miles, then turn left onto Scottish Pike. The park entrance will be on your left. There is no entrance fee for the park.

To reach Scottish Pike River Park using public transportation, start by taking the Knoxville Area Transit (KAT) bus route 34 from downtown Knoxville. Board the bus at the Knoxville Station (located at 100 E Magnolia Ave). Ride the bus until you reach the stop at 'Tazewell Pike & E 1st Ave'. From there, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles to reach Scottish Pike River Park. Head south on Tazewell Pike, then turn left onto Scottish Pike. The park will be on your right. Make sure to check the KAT schedule for bus times and return trips.
