Car
If you're driving from Lookout Mountain, start on Scenic Hwy (U.S. 127) southbound. After about 1.5 miles, merge onto I-24 N towards Chattanooga. Continue for approximately 5 miles and take exit 1B for U.S. 27 N. Follow U.S. 27 N for about 2 miles, then take exit 1B toward Broad St. Continue on Broad St, then turn right onto E 3rd St. The Citizen Cemetery will be on your left at 850 E 3rd St.

For public transportation, take the CARTA bus Route 1 from Lookout Mountain towards downtown Chattanooga. The ride takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Broad St and E 3rd St. From there, walk east on E 3rd St for about 5 minutes; Citizen Cemetery will be on your left at 850 E 3rd St.
