Getting There

Walking
From the main strip in Pigeon Forge, head towards the Pigeon Forge Trolley station located at 2700 Parkway. Take the trolley towards Gatlinburg and get off at the 'Gatlinburg Welcome Center' stop. From there, walk south on the Parkway until you reach the Gatlinburg Trailhead on your left, just after passing the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Follow the signs for Baskins Creek Trail, which will lead you through the wooded area to the trailhead.

Trolley
Start at the Pigeon Forge Trolley station near the LeConte Center. Board the Gatlinburg Trolley (route 1 or 2) heading towards Gatlinburg. Disembark at the 'Gatlinburg Welcome Center' stop. From there, walk south on the Parkway until you see Baskins Creek Trail on your left. It is a short walk from the Welcome Center to the trailhead.

Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride from Pigeon Forge to Gatlinburg. Start on the Parkway heading south. Follow the signs towards Gatlinburg. Once you arrive in Gatlinburg, look for the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Continue to the Gatlinburg Trailhead and turn left to find Baskins Creek Trail.
